Head of AI & Data Culture

Katie is the Group Head of Data & AI Culture at Lloyds Banking Group, where she is responsible for building the skills, mindset and adoption mechanisms needed to embed data and AI into everyday work across the organisation.

Previously, Katie led the development and scaling of Agentic AI capability, working with business and technology teams to design, deploy and govern real world AI agents that support colleagues and customers. Her work focused on moving agentic AI from experimentation into repeatable, value driven use cases across the group.

Katie has over 15 years’ experience in analytics and data science. She is passionate about creating inclusive pathways into data and AI roles, and about helping organisations move beyond pilots to practical, human centred AI adoption.
